Currently the company is around 300 people in size and is expanding. We are looking for a Software development manager for the Mobile Service Platform (MSP) team that reports to the CTO.


Software Development Manager – MSP team

Indigo is looking for a Software Development Manager for the Mobile Services Platform (MSP) team. The team consists of around 10 FTE and includes product owners, JavaScript front-end developers and Scala backend developers. This team currently works on three apps that each have around 1mio active users. We are specifically interested in candidates with a functional programming background.


The MSP Software Development Manager will be responsible for team output, technical and HR processes. You make sure there is clarity on target and people roles.


In order to efficiently reach your targets, you are engaged in cross-functional coordination of efforts within your department and across departments. Together with other software development managers and CTO decide on build / buy / outsourcing of software. We look for candidates with a collaborative approach and good soft-skills that are key to working together successfully.

Requirements

  • 10+ yrs working experience
  • 3 yrs to 5+ yrs experience in lead/software development management engineering role
  • Experience with HR processes and ambition to assume these responsibilities
  • Functional programming background and interest
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Agile/scrum experience
  • Excellent English skills

Offer

  • OTE up to 120k yearly
