CTO Role | Fintech scale-up | Singapore

Job description

Indigo is looking for a CTO that is willing to work/relocate to Singapore. Our client is Impact Credit Solutions; a Fintech scale-up who are building a platform to provide loans to SME's in South-East Asia. The company is currently 10+ in size and expects to grow strongly in the next 3 to 5 years. 

We are looking for a CTO that can guide ICS through the upcoming scale-up phase. Aside from architectural skills, we are looking for someone with technical background that gaines natural respect with developers and that has the ability to build/inspire teams. Ideally, you have a background in banking / finance and have previous experience in leading a start-up company through the scale-up phase.

  • Experienced CTO;
  • Ideally experienced in leading a start-up company through the scale-up phase;
  • Teambuilder: Leads by example, inspires team, respected for technical capability, has a community around him/her;
  • Banking and Finance background: Understands banking ecosystem, experienced in integrating banking platforms, preferably experienced with Mambu;
  • Hands-on visionary: Architectural lead, still capable and willing to build/code;
  • International working experience: Preferably working and living experience in Asia;
  • Willingness to live in or relocate to Singapore;
  • Timeline of 3-5 years.
